2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or style, you will be responsible for the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

5. Refunds
